Why packing detail matters
Weatherstrip rolls are easy to misunderstand if the buyer only writes total meters. Carton size, roll diameter, roll direction and label method all affect warehouse receiving and repeat orders.
Roll and carton layout
Confirm roll length, roll diameter, inner core and the vertical or layered carton arrangement before production. Do not infer a packing pattern from total meters alone.
Labels and mixed specifications
Labels and carton marks should identify width, pile height, color and quantity. Separate mixed specifications so warehouse receiving does not depend on opening every carton.
Before shipment
Confirm carton marks, mixed specification separation, pallet requirement, gross weight range and destination handling needs before the shipment leaves the factory.
